🛒Protocol & Compatibility (Key Differences):

Z2M Version: Supports Zigbee2MQTT protocol only. Requires integration via platforms like Home Assistant. Not compatible with Smart Life/Tuya APP.

Tuya Zigbee Version: Compatible with Smart Life/Tuya APP, supports automatic Zigbee hub discovery, offering a more user-friendly experience.

⚠️ Key Considerations:

All 6 versions require a separately purchased Zigbee Gateway (gateway is not included with the sensor).

The Z2M version works only via MQTT and is not suitable for users who wish to use the Smart Life/Tuya APP directly.

The Tuya Zigbee version must be used with a Tuya Zigbee Gateway only.

Before purchase, please select the correct version based on your existing smart home ecosystem (e.g., whether you use Home Assistant or Tuya/Smart Life APP).

Utilizing Zigbee 3.0 low-power design, the device uploads data only when readings change beyond set thresholds—not in real time—significantly extending battery life. The app provides data trend charts (day/month/year views) to track environmental patterns and supports smart alerts (e.g., low soil moisture warnings, low battery notifications).

The sensor features a manual calibration function, allowing precise adjustment (±20% range) for humidity, temperature, and light sensors to ensure data accuracy. Importantly, this sensor can be paired with a smart water valve (sold separately) to create a fully automated watering system. It triggers irrigation automatically when soil moisture falls below your set level, offering true hands-free plant care.
