Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To report an issue, email us at support@amstoreswomens.com with:
* Your order number
* A description of the issue
* Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
Our team will review your claim and respond as quickly as possible.
If your claim is approved, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method. In some cases, we may also request that the item be returned before processing the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive defective or incorrect:
* Sale or clearance items
* Gift cards
* Personalized or custom-made products
* Beauty and personal care products
* Perishable goods
* Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Returned items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued when:

* The product arrives damaged.
* You receive the wrong item.
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
