Q&A
Q: Why is there water at the bottom of the bottle? Has it been used before?
A: A small amount of purified water is added to the bottle base during production and sealing to maintain the activity of the electrolytic membrane. If the bottle is left unused for a long time, please also add proper purified water to the base to keep the membrane functional.
Q: Why does my hydrogen water bottle fail to charge?
A: Do not use fast chargers (5V3A, 9V3A or power over 15W). Excessive current will trigger the built-in circuit protection and stop charging. Please use a standard 5V1A/5V2A charger and the original charging cable. Besides, do not operate the bottle while charging to prevent battery damage.
Q: Why does the hydrogen concentration tested by hydrogen meter fall short of standard?
A: Ordinary electronic hydrogen testers calculate data via unit conversion, with big measurement errors and inaccurate readings. Reagent titration and gas chromatography are far more reliable ways to test actual hydrogen content.
Q: Can I wash the hydrogen water bottle directly with running water?
A: Please do not rinse it directly under tap water. Water may seep into the device through the charging port and button gaps, resulting in circuit faults.
